The Transdiagnostic Addiction Lab at the University of Calgary often has studies running and regularly looks for adults in Calgary and online to take part. Our research looks at gambling, video gaming, cannabis and alcohol use, and how these relate to mental health.
Studies usually involve online surveys, and sometimes a visit to our lab on the University of Calgary campus. Many studies offer compensation such as gift cards or entry into a prize draw. Taking part is always voluntary, and every study is reviewed and approved by a University of Calgary research ethics board.
